Primary objective

Work collaboratively with the Child and Family Centre (CFC) team and stakeholders, to coordinate and deliver culturally responsive, place-based programs that improve educational, health, and wellbeing outcomes for Aboriginal children aged 0–5 and their families. Lead community engagement and provide cultural brokerage to ensure CFC practices are culturally appropriate and responsive to community needs. Engage with the Aboriginal community to break down barriers to social participation for children and families experiencing social isolation, disadvantages, high levels of vulnerability and impact by trauma to engage with the CFC and relevant services.
