Role description
North Coast Region - School and Regional Operations and Performance Division
Bundaberg SHS is seeking a skilled and energetic Administration Officer with a Finance Focus (Accounts Payable) to join our team for Semester 2, 2026. This is a temporary part-time position (0.72 FTE or 52 hours per fortnight).
As a key member of the school support
staff this position works within a self-motivated team to ensure high quality service are achieved for staff, students, parents and our broader community including suppliers and contractors. To be successful in this role, the applicant will show initiative, demonstrate productivity,
have strong interpersonal skills and ability to undertake work across a broad range of corporate service activities, including financial processes. The Administration Officer, reports to the Business Manager.
