Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated experience in risk management, compliance, governance or audit within complex organisations, including the ability to support the development and implementation of best practice risk and compliance frameworks.
- Sound knowledge of regulatory, legislative and governance requirements relevant to organisational compliance, including workplace health and safety obligations and regulatory standards. Knowledge of Child Safe Standards and education regulatory requirements is desirable.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate risk insight into organisational actions.
- High-level interpersonal, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to exercise sound professional judgement and influence positive risk and compliance practices.
- Demonstrated ability to support organisational change and continuous improvement through the implementation of improved processes, systems or governance practices.
