Responsibilities
Managing daily staff absences and coordinating class cover, including allocation of extras and engagement of Casual Relief Teachers as required.
Publishing daily operational information, including extras, yard duties, room changes, and key notices.
Coordinating and maintaining yard duty timetables in line with relevant policies, agreements and system requirements.
Managing room availability and liaising with staff regarding rooming and timetabling needs.
Coordinating internal examinations, including supervision schedules, exam setup, printing, student lists and system administration.
Maintaining and updating resources and processes to support Casual Relief Teachers and daily operations
Provide support to room bookings and leadership meetings.
Provide back up support to the general office.
