Role
The Personal Assistant to the Head of Inclusion provides high-level administrative, organisational and operational support to the Head of Inclusion, with a strong focus on supporting inclusion processes and compliance requirements within the school.
The role contributes to the effective functioning of the Inclusion Team by coordinating administrative systems, maintaining records, and assisting the Head of Inclusion in ensuring students requiring additional support receive timely and appropriate intervention.
Responsibilities
- Provide confidential executive and administrative support to the Head of Inclusion.
- Provide clerical and management support to the Head of Inclusion.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings and correspondence related to the Head of Inclusion and inclusion programs.
