Role description
Selection Criteria
SC1 Outstanding financial management skills and demonstrated experience with Department of Education financial processes and procedures, including the capacity to produce and provide advice on financial reports.
SC2 Proven ability to build and lead a highly efficient and effective administration team, to develop a positive and cohesive, to prioritise workflows and to implement change when required.
SC3 Outstanding proficiency when using Department of Education systems including CASES 21, Edupay, AIMS and Edusafe Plus.
SC4 Demonstrated understanding of human resources management practices with extensive knowledge of the VGSA, especially regarding recruitment and leave. Capacity to provide advice on staff professional conduct management and probation.
SC5 Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic decision-making within the school by providing advice, information and recommendations to the Principal Team, School Leadership and School Council. Proven capacity in facilities management, negotiating and managing contracts and service agreements.
SC6 Outstanding professional integrity and communication skills, including the capacity to build positive relationships with students, colleagues and parents and carers in a diverse community.
