We are seeking a passionate and student centred teacher to deliver VCE Vocational Major (VM) subjects, specifically Personal Development Skills (PDS) and Work Related Skills (WRS).

About the Role

The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting students undertaking the Vocational Major pathway, focusing on personal growth, employability skills, workplace readiness, and community engagement.

This role is ideal for an educator who:
•    Builds strong, respectful relationships with young people
•    Values applied, project based and experiential learning
•    Is committed to student wellbeing, engagement, and diverse learning pathways


Key Responsibilities

•    Plan and deliver engaging learning programs aligned to the VCE Vocational Major Personal Development Skills and Work Related Skills Study Designs
•    Support students to develop employability skills, self‑awareness, collaboration, and independence
•    Integrate literacy, numeracy, and workplace learning skills within classroom practice
•    Monitor, assess, and report on student progress in accordance with VCAA requirements
•    Work collaboratively with colleagues, wellbeing staff, and external partners
•    Contribute positively to the mission and life of the College
