Greenethorpe Public School is a small rural school, situated on Wiradjuri land, between Cowra, Grenfell and Young.  Our staff are committed to the pursuit of excellence and the provision of high-quality education for every student. Students learn in two multi-age classrooms four days a week, Kindergarten to Year 2 and Year 3 to Year 6, and one day as K-6.

Greenethorpe Public School is proud to be a member of the Cowra Small Schools Network. Through this partnership, our staff collaborate with teachers and leaders from other schools to enhance their teaching skills and share knowledge. Our students benefit from participation in a variety of network-wide activities, including sports days such as athletics and swimming carnivals, enrichment days focused on areas like Science and Technology, Music and Art, Health and Indigenous education. Students also have the opportunity to attend school camps and other events alongside their peers from other network schools.
