Position Information
Sherwood Grange Public School, located in a quiet suburban area in Merrylands West, has a current enrolment of 269 students. 40% of students come from Language Backgrounds other than English. The school has a three-class Inclusive Education Support Unit, and a new preschool will be opening in Term 4 this year.
Recruitment for the new preschool is underway; two full-time teaching positions (starting in Term 2), two full-time SLSO positions (starting in Term 3), and one part-time administration position (starting in Term 3).
The school has a positive, settled school tone, where children feel happy, safe and supported. Highly skilled and inspirational teaching and administration staff foster an atmosphere in which students are encouraged to care for others and give their best.
