The role

The ICT Systems Administrator is a key member of the ICT team, responsible for managing and maintaining the School’s core systems and infrastructure and providing high-level technical support across the School community.

This role acts as a senior escalation point for complex issues, assists with network, systems and software-based projects, and contributes to the development of technology standards, procedures and continuous improvement initiatives. You will oversee hardware and software platforms, manage ICT assets across their lifecycle, and ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect School operations, staff and students.

Key responsibilities (summary)

• Manage and improve ICT infrastructure (network, server platforms and core systems) and contribute to architecture/standards.
• Provide senior technical escalation support and assist with cross-school ICT projects.
• Administer key platforms including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
