Somerville House is a day and boarding school for girls established in 1899, providing exceptional education for students from Prep through to Year 12, with a co-educational Pre-Prep offering. Are you looking for an opportunity to work in a fast-paced educational environment providing critical support to staff across pastoral and wellbeing?
This permanent, full-time, term-time position (40 weeks per annum), will see you working between the operational hours of 8:00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday during school term-time plus one week at the beginning and end of the school year.
The Administration Assistant – Pastoral and Wellbeing is key in the day-to-day operations of the Student Wellbeing Centre. Providing high level, strategic support and co-ordination to a number of key internal stakeholders to enable to strong delivery and execution of pastoral and wellbeing programs across the School.
With the innate ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships you will possess strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to execute with a high level of accuracy and precision.
