Primary objectiveTo work with the training team, mentors and health professionals to assist students with all aspects of their wellbeing and engagement in education and training. This will include developing a professional relationship with marginalized young people for educational outcomes, family support, social and emotional support and community engagement within a trauma informed framework. Context statementThe Palmerston Youth Skills Centre through the DET Registered Training Organisation (RTO), provides hands-on vocational education, training, and support for young people to develop practical skills, workplace readiness, and positive pathways into further learning or employment through a supportive, trauma-informed environment and delivery of accredited training.Key duties and responsibilities
