Current: Range: $153,472 - $172,733 per annum (pending experience) + Super + Allowances Lead the Education Systems Support Team in the evolution of educational data and systems across our Diocese!The Educational Data & Innovation Technologies Team Leader plays a key role in advancing the use of educational systems, data and digital innovation across Townsville Catholic Education. This role is suited to an experienced leader who understands how data, systems and technology operate within a contemporary teaching and learning environment. You will work alongside Principals and leadership teams to lift how data is used in practice - helping schools move beyond compliance to genuinely informed decision making that supports student learning. Your focus will be on making systems and data practical, accessible and embedded in everyday school life. You will lead the Education Systems Support team, driving strong service delivery, building team capability and ensuring a high level of support to schools. Working across the organisation, you will also support the implementation and ongoing use of key platforms, including oversight of data systems such as the TCE Data Hub dashboards.About youYou’re a current or former school leader (middle or senior leadership) who has demonstrated experience successfully leading teamsYou understand how student data, systems and digital tools actually work in a school setting - and how to use them to support better teaching and learning outcomes.You're capable of building strong, credible relationships with a variety of stakeholders, and bring a practical, grounded approach that others trust.You hold a Bachelor of Education and are registered (or eligible) with the Queensland College of Teachers.Townsville Catholic Education has standards of conduct for workers to maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
