Current: Range: $153,472 - $172,733 (pending experience) + Superannuation As the Team Leader, Marketing and Communications at Townsville Catholic Education, you’ll lead the development and delivery of system-wide marketing and communications strategies that strengthen brand, support growth and bring our mission to life across the Diocese. You’ll partner closely with executive leaders within Townsville Catholic Education and the Catholic Diocese of Townsville, Principals and stakeholders across the organisation to deliver clear, consistent and impactful research driven messaging. From leading major campaigns, communication strategies and providing expert advice on enrolment trends and engagement, you’ll play a key role in influencing how our organisations are positioned and promoted across North Queensland.Leading a high-impact team, you’ll ensure marketing capability across schools and support leaders to deliver effective, locally relevant marketing and communications. You’ll also oversee research, data and customer experience insights, using evidence to inform strategy, strengthen engagement and continuously improve how we connect with employees, students, families and communities.You’ll bring significant experience leading the strategic marketing and communications function within a complex organisation, along with the ability to influence at a senior level and navigate competing priorities. Your strong leadership capability, strategic thinking and ability to translate data into clear, actionable direction will set you apart.
