About the Role    

The Debt Collection Finance Officer manages the administration of College family debtor accounts, including issuing invoices and statements, responding to fee enquiries, and following up outstanding balances. It ensures accurate account reconciliation, monitors accounts receivable ageing, and supports timely end‑of‑period reporting. Working closely with the Finance Manager, Business Manager, and Principal, the role prepares concession applications, negotiates payment arrangements where required, and escalates unresolved matters appropriately. The position also maintains accurate records, liaises with external debt collection agencies when necessary and upholds confidentiality.
