Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Secondary Learning, the Secondary Learning Outcomes Manager is accountable for:
- Leading the development and delivery of system initiatives across curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, and learning, in collaboration with the Head of Secondary, aligned to CSPD priorities and the Effective Learning and Teaching Model
- Operationalising system priorities into actionable projects by establishing clear plans, timelines, risk management and success measures, and monitoring delivery against agreed outcomes
- Applying data-informed and evidence-based approaches to analysing system, school and student data, evaluating current practice, identifying opportunities for improvement, and producing clear recommendations to inform decision-making
- Engaging and managing key stakeholders through consultation, incorporating feedback into project design and delivery, and maintaining clear, timely communication to support alignment with system priorities and school contexts
