Role description
This is a permanent part-time (0.75FTE) position commencing Term 2, 2026
This position is 57 hours a fortnight. We also welcome applicants who are looking for a lower FTE. Job sharing arrangements can be considered.
East Manjimup Primary School (PS), an Independent Public School since 2012, is located on a 7.5 hectare site, surrounded by farm land and native bush. Our school motto is Strive to Succeed, and we aim to do this consistently. The focus of our school is on the Whole Child - physical, intellectual, emotional, social, spiritual and mental wellbeing. We cater for students Kindergarten to Year 6, with our school developing a strong reputation in catering for students with various disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder. The school is recognised for its strong and positive culture, including the relationships we have developed with families, support agencies and the wider community.
We have a strong focus on developing and encouraging Values - Respect; Care and Compassion; Doing Your Best; Fair Go; Honesty and Trustworthiness; Integrity; Freedom; Responsibility; Understanding, Tolerance and Inclusion. At our weekly assembly students are recognised for demonstrating these values. The school also has a student Green Team, which provides leadership in areas such as recycling, tree planting, rubbish collection and energy use.
