This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in establishing a new primary school during its foundation years. Banksia Grove West Primary School (planning name) is scheduled to open in 2027, catering for students from Kindergarten to Year 6 within a diverse and inclusive community. Located in the rapidly growing suburb of Banksia Grove, the school will serve a dynamic and expanding population of young families and reflect the diversity and aspirations of its community. The school will include an Endorsed Education Support Program (EESP), which forms a central component of this leadership role.

The Role

The Associate Principal – Education Support would be a key member of the leadership team, working in close partnership with the Principal to establish a high-performing, reflective and collaborative school culture. This role will lead the development and implementation of the Education Support Program for students with diagnosed disabilities, while also providing leadership across the Student Services portfolio.
