School Officer

This is a permanent part-time (0.6FTE) position commencing Term 2, 2026

Two Rocks is the northernmost suburb of Perth, located 61 kilometres north of Perth's central business district. We cater for over 500 students from Kindergarten to Year 6. Students' needs are met by the school, a highly supportive administrative team, professional teachers, support staff and a school chaplain.

The Role

Our School Officers are the first point of contact for our school and should complete administrative duties including greeting all visitors, answering the telephone and responding to routine enquiries and requests for information. The successful applicant will ideally have a friendly, positive and caring attitude and possess the qualities to promote excellence within our school and interact with parents and the wider community.

Duties of the School Officer may include support and data entry across many levels of the school front office operations ranging from finance, attendance programs, daily reporting; data entry using SIS and Compass software modules and managing of the student data records. In addition, you would provide support to student related activities such as assisting with student enrolment procedures and operate a range of software packages particularly databases and word processing. Knowledge of school-based software systems is desired but not a prerequisite as training will be provided as needed.
