Education Assistant - Special Needs

We are seeking to establish a pool of Special Needs Education Assistants for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

West Byford Primary School (PS) is a level 6 school that opened in February 2013. The school is located on Kardan Boulevard, Byford; approximately 41 kilometers south of Perth and situated in the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale. The Role

As a Special Needs Education Assistant, suitable applicants will under teacher direction, assist in the implementation of specialised education programs and maintain a supportive, inclusive education program to meet the specific needs of students. You should display a commitment to working collaboratively and building positive relationships with students, parents, staff and the wider community.
