Role description
This is a permanent part-time (0.58FTE) position commencing Term 2, 2026.
Grandis Primary School (PS) is a professional learning community committed to ensuring every student develops the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to thrive as confident, capable learners and active members of the community.
Our school works closely with the local community to establish and build positive relationships, and we are proud of our reputation as a school of choice in Banksia Grove. The school has a strong and proactive School Board and P&C. These groups provide our community with input into the direction that the school will take as we continue to grow and move forward.
The school has a strong focus on literacy and numeracy and provides specialist programs that cover; Physical Education, Health, Performing Arts and Visual Arts. Indonesian is taught to students in Years 3 to 6 through the Ketawa program.

The Role
The Cleaner, under the general supervision of the Cleaner in Charge, is responsible for a range of internal and external cleaning duties. This includes maintaining carpets and hard floor surfaces, cleaning toilets, furniture, fittings, and windows, as well as handling tasks like dusting and rubbish removal. Vacation cleaning duties involve activities such as shampooing carpets, and pressure cleaning verandas.
