Early Learning Victoria (ELV) is leading the roll-out of 50 government-owned and operated early learning centres by 2032, with 18 currently operating. Our centres offer long day care, three and four-year-old kindergarten and pre-prep in accessible, play-based environments connected to local communities. Early Learning Victoria Avoca (interim name) 

Early Learning Victoria is establishing a government-owned early learning and childcare centre at Avoca Primary School. Opening in 2027, this 57-place centre will provide long day care and Three and Four-Year-Old Kindergarten, eventually transitioning to include Pre-Prep.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Lead recruitment, staff development and enrolment management with assistance from the ELV Central team
• Oversee daily operations at the service, delivering high-quality programs and ensuring compliance with regulations and organisational policies
• Collaborate closely with the Educational Leader to lead pedagogy and implement high-quality educational programs for children across the service
• Foster a positive team culture that contributes to a sustainable workforce
