About the Role
Reporting to the Director of ICT and Systems, the Systems and Network Administrator is responsible for the management, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the College’s ICT systems and network infrastructure.
This role provides both operational and advanced technical support, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of systems that support teaching, learning, and College operations. You will also act as a key escalation point for complex ICT issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ICT projects.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, operating systems, and virtual environments
- Managing core infrastructure services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Administering Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune
- Supporting enterprise applications and cloud-based platforms
- Maintaining and supporting network infrastructure including switches and wireless systems
