We are seeking an experienced Senior Psychologist – Team Leader to lead our Counselling Services team and contribute to whole school wellbeing practice.
About the Role
The Senior Psychologist – Team Leader provides clinical leadership and strategic oversight of counselling services across the College. Balancing direct clinical work with complex and high risk students alongside team leadership, this role plays a key part in promoting student mental health, engagement and wellbeing.
Working closely with school leaders, staff, families and external providers, the role contributes to a coordinated, preventative and responsive wellbeing framework aligned with the College mission.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and overseeing the delivery of counselling services across the College.
- Providing specialist assessment, intervention and case management for complex students.
- Managing referral, triage and allocation processes.
