We are seeking a passionate and experienced educator to take on the role of Learning Diversity Leader – Behaviour Support for Learning. This is a key leadership position within our school, working in close partnership with the Diversity Administrative Coordinator, Positive Behaviours for Learning Leader, and the Wellbeing team to ensure every student is supported to succeed—academically, socially and emotionally.
This position is ideally four days per week. However, there is an opportunity to negotiate a full-time role, with the additional day aligned to another area of school responsibility based on the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
About the Role
This role plays a pivotal part in strengthening a proactive, inclusive and relationship-based approach to behaviour across our school. The successful applicant will:
- Lead the embedding of consistent, whole-school preventative and positive behaviour practices
- Build strong, respectful relationships with students, particularly those requiring additional support
- Support teachers to create calm, structured and inclusive classroom environments
- Work collaboratively with families and external professionals to ensure wrap-around support
