Role description
Selection Criteria
SC1 Demonstrated capacity to perform duties consistent with established guidelines and frameworks, including coordinating and supporting others in respect to specific work functions relevant to the role.

SC3 Demonstrated experience with administration and executive services, including the coordination of VASS, Emergency management and first aid.

Role
This role has three main areas of responsibility:
- General Administration Coordination- As the main face of the College with regard to reception and family support. This includes being the College First Aid Officer and coordinating administrative services of the College with the Business Manager.
- Executive Administration Support to the Principal team. This includes data entry, OHS and Emergency Management Plan maintenance, AIMS monitoring and administration of school resources and operational matters.
- Careers and Pathways Coordination. This includes the management of Career Action Plans, VTAC applications, pathways planning sessions, post-secondary education data entry and compliance and oversight of VA…
