Primary objectiveProvide leadership in the development, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of high‑quality learning programs for students with disabilities across Gillen Primary School. Support staff and student wellbeing, lead inclusive practice, and contribute to whole‑school improvement priorities as a key member of the school leadership team.Context statement
Gillen Primary School is an urban primary school situated in Alice Springs. The school has an enrolment of approximately 250 students including preschool. Approximately 77% of the students are Indigenous. The school implements the School Wide Positive Behaviour Support approach to create a calm, predictable and safe learning environment.
