Key Responsibilities: 

• Actively support and contribute to the Catholic Identity and Josephite ethos of our school.

• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of contemporary curriculum pedagogy, including high impact practices to enable quality outcomes for students.
• Design evidence-based, differentiated learning programs informed by data, that meet the specific needs of all learners and promote equity in our community.
• An ability to work collaboratively and develop positive relationships within a Year Level Team, with other staff, students and parents/caregivers.
• Demonstrate sound practices in Positive Behaviour Instruction, student well-being and personal responsibility.
• A dynamic educator who is committed to personal and professional learning to expand successful pedagogy.
• Be actively involved in innovative planning processes and contribute to the ongoing development and future direction of our Reception program.

Qualifications and Training:

• SA Teacher Registration
• Working with Children Check
• Approved Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care (RRHAN‑EC)
• First Aid Certificate
• Willingness to undertake Teacher Accreditation in Catholic Education SA training, along with other compulsory training necessary for the role
