Role description
An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate and enthusiastic Mid Year Reception Teacher to join our school community, dedicated to nurturing each child’s learning, wellbeing and faith development.
This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in Early Years education while working within a collaborative team focused on professional growth and excellence in teaching practice.
About the Role
As a valued member of our team, the successful educator will play an important role in shaping students’ first experience of school and will:
- Actively contribute to and support the Catholic identity and Dominican charism of Rosary School
- Create a warm, structured and stimulating environment that nurtures curiosity, confidence and a strong foundation for lifelong learning
- Establish clear routines and expectations that support a safe, calm and productive classroom culture
- Design and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate learning programs that are responsive to the needs of early learners
- Build strong, respectful partnerships with colleagues, students and families to support each child’s growth
