Role description

The Opportunity

Holy Family Catholic School invites applications for the role of Business Manager. We are seeking an energetic individual to oversee all financial matters, including financial reporting and analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing timely financial reports and accountability returns, as well as managing the school’s financial administration activities. This position plays a key role in ensuring a responsive and high-quality customer service experience that supports all members of our school community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Actively support, promote, and contribute to the Catholic Identity and faith formation of our school.
  • Support the Principal in fulfilling all statutory and legal requirements relating to finance and business
  • Oversee all aspects of school fees including arranging payment plans and monitoring fee collection
  • Work in close collaboration with the Principal, Leadership team, School Advisory Board and CESA in planning for current and future School Development
