Role description
An exciting opportunity exists for a qualified, and dedicated Director for our OSHC service. The Director will lead the Assistant Director and the OSHC Educators to provide a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment for children in Before and After School Care.

St Brigid's School seeks a dedicated, student focused Director to coordinate our OSHC service as a permanent member of our staff. The Director alongside Educators will provide a safe, friendly and stimulating environment for children in Before and After School Care.
- ESO Grade 5
- 5 days per week – Monday -Friday 6:30am-10:15 am and 2:30-6:15 pm (37.5 hours per week for 41 weeks)
We are looking for:
- Leadership experience, including supervising staff and managing complex situations preferable but not essential.
- Experience supporting children with additional needs.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Well-developed observation and reporting skills.
- Experience in administrative duties related to OSHC operations.
- A passion for working with children and supporting their individual needs.
