Position: Classroom Teacher (Year 5)
Start date: As soon as possible or as negotiated with the successful applicant.
Employment Status: Full-Time Contract
Salary:$86,600 - $147,048 (pending experience)

What we are looking for:
Applications are invited from qualified and enthusiastic educators for the position of Classroom Teacher (Year 5) at St Joseph's Catholic Primary School, Park Avenue. This is a full-time contract position commencing as soon as possible until 17 January 2027.
The successful applicant requires excellent people skills, a capacity to work as a part of a team, and the willingness to support students, staff and parents of the school.

- Relevant tertiary qualification (or eligible to graduate)
- Evidence of successfully passing the Literacy and Numeracy Test for Initial Teacher Education Students
- Appropriate qualities, knowledge and skills to provide a relevant and holistic education
- Eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
- A desire to serve the communities located within the diocese of Rockhampton
