The Team
The Intensive Family Engagement Service (IFES) supports families that are assessed as experiencing complex issues impacting the safety and wellbeing of children and young people. The delivery of support aims to build capacity in the family to provide a safe and stable home environment for the children and young people.
The IFES team is a dynamic, child focused service dedicated to family preservation and strengthening parental capacity. We work collaboratively with families, community partners, and other support services to ensure children can remain safe, supported, and connected to their families wherever possible. Our team is committed to being a highly supportive, reflective, and solution focused. If you’re passionate about meaningful change and working with families to engage in supports that achieve safety, the IFES team is a rewarding and impactful place to be.
