Out of Hours School Care Coordinator

Selection Criteria

SC1. Demonstrated ability to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of engaging and age-appropriate educational programs.

SC2. Experience ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Law and Regulations and maintaining accurate records and documentation.

SC3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, staff, and the school community.

SC4. Strong leadership skills, including experience in supervising and guiding a team of educators including a commitment to professional learning and growth of yourself and others.

SC5. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively, including but not limited to human resources and financial management systems in an educational OSHC program.

SC6. Comprehensive knowledge of child safe standards and proven experience in implementing child safe practices and promoting a culturally safe and inclusive environment.
