ROLE DESCRIPTION

Job Type: Full-time and Part-time opportunities available

Skills, qualifications and personal attributes :

• Commitment to the Mission, Vision and Values of PARED Victoria and the Catholic ethos of the College. 
• Relevant teaching qualifications, including the ability to teach VCE, with demonstrated experience (minimum 2 years preferred). 
• Strong pedagogical practice, including the ability to plan, deliver and differentiate engaging learning programs aligned with curriculum standards. 
• Effective communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues. 
• Strong organisational skills, adaptability and a commitment to ongoing professional learning and continuous improvement.
• Engage in ongoing professional learning, including attendance at staff development days and relevant external training.
