About the College
Unity College is an ELC-12 co-educational Lutheran school situated in the Rural City of Murray Bridge, encompassing the Murraylands agricultural region of SA. The College has a strong ‘Students First’ focus with a current enrolment total of approximately 800 students. Unity College offers the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) and is also an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School, offering the Primary Years Programme (PYP).
About the Role
Unity College is seeking to employ a qualified Agriculture Teacher .
The successful applicant will be employed to teach predominantly in the Agriculture in area with the opportunity to teach in other subject areas. As a teacher you will be taking responsibility for the provision of the learning programme, whilst working collarboratively with other staff. Teachers need to demonstrate their understanding and ability to ensure that student's wellbeing is catered for in the classroom. An understanding of Restortative Practices would be an advantage.
Applicants are required to have current SA Teachers Registration.
The position is offered as a full-time contract position intially with the possiblity of permanency for the right applicant. The commencement date can be negotiated with the Principal.
