About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Secondary Teacher to become a valuable addition to our remarkable team at St Matthews Catholic School in Mudgee NSW. The teacher in a Secondary Catholic School is someone who can collaboratively develop and implement quality curriculum programs relevant to the English curriculum while creating a nurturing and ordered learning environment for their students.

This position also attracts the responsibility of English Coordinator, a designated 2-point leadership position within the Secondary Campus. In addition to classroom teaching, the English Coordinator provides leadership and management of the English Key Learning Area, supporting high-quality teaching and learning, curriculum planning, assessment moderation, data analysis, staff collaboration, and the ongoing development of innovative and contemporary English programs aligned with school and system priorities.

We are seeking a Teacher who understands and commits to supporting the mission and ethos of Catholic education within the school by:

  • Creating a learner-centred, supportive, and cooperative learning environment aligned with curriculum policies.
