Role description
Situated within moments of the CBD, International Grammar School (IGS) is Sydney’s unique independent, coeducational, secular school offering quality teaching from Preschool to Year 12. Our unique multilingual language program immerses students in a second language every day.

We are seeking a qualified and passionate High School English teacher commencing on a full-time temporary basis from Term 3 2026 to the end of Term 4 2026, to replace a teacher who is on leave.
The successful applicant will have the capacity to inspire in their students a love of learning and to implement differentiation strategies, and integrate technology in the classroom, to create authentic and meaningful learning experiences. Experience teaching English Advanced and English Extension would be highly regarded.
