If you are experienced in payroll and familiar with systems such as MicrOpay, this is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering accuracy and excellence. The successful applicant will be confident in processing payroll, generating organisational and employee data reports, conducting accuracy checks, and supporting school staff.

The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to work as a member of our collaborative Finance and Business Services team. This role is solely responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of fortnightly payroll for a workforce of over 160 staff whilst supporting some of the wider Finance team functions as and when required.

This position is suited to a payroll professional with a minimum of five years’ experience, ideally within the education sector or a related field, who thrives in a team environment while confidently managing end-to-end payroll processes independently.
