Secondary School English Teachers

St Paul’s Grammar School is a co-educational, non-denominational Christian Grammar school located in Sydney’s Greater West. • Temporary Full-Time Position – 12‑month maternity leave cover (commencement during Term 2 – negotiable start date)
• Temporary Part-Time Position (commencing Term 3, or as negotiated until December 2026)

Position Summary:

The role of the Secondary School Classroom Teacher is to coordinate the delivery of content, in accordance with NESA and IB Curricula, and to guide and support an allocated group of students. This should be achieved using collaborative professional practice in both teaching and learning, to ensure that all students are given the best possible opportunity to learn.

Appropriate qualifications and Experience, at the minimum of degree level in the relevant subject area, and current NESA registration

The successful applicant will have:

• Demonstrated experience in, or an understanding of the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (IB MYP)/willingness to engage in provided Professional Learning in the IB.
• Demonstrated organisational skills including the ability to work to deadlines.
• Proven ability to work as a constructive and creative member of a team with a professional, courteous manner.
• Demonstrate a commitment to completing the required minimum hours of Professional Learning (including the specified hours of NESA Registered…
