The Head of Senior School reports to the Principal and is a key member of the College Executive, contributing to strategic leadership, whole-school improvement and the effective operation of the Senior School.
The Head of Senior School provides visionary, faith-informed leadership across Years 7–12, ensuring each student is known, supported and challenged. The role leads academic performance, wellbeing, curriculum delivery and staff development, while overseeing daily operations and compliance. Working collaboratively, the Head fosters a culture of high expectations, deep learning and continuous improvement, embedding evidence-informed practice and strengthening community partnerships. This is a visible and relational leadership role, shaping an engaging, inclusive and future-focused Senior School experience.
