About the Role

Trinity Grammar School is seeking an experienced and relational educational leader to join the Senior School leadership team as Deputy Head of the Senior School – Student Experience

This role has a strong focus on pastoral leadership, student wellbeing, behaviour management and school culture for students in Years 10–12. Working closely with the Head of the Senior School and the Deputy Head of the Senior School – Academic Care, the Deputy Head – Student Experience plays a pivotal role in ensuring a safe, respectful and high-expectations environment that supports the holistic growth of students.

The position combines strategic leadership with a visible, day-to-day presence in the life of the School and contributes significantly to the smooth operation of the Senior School.

What You’ll Do

As Deputy Head of the Senior School – Student Experience, you will:

  • Lead and oversee student wellbeing, behaviour, attendance, dress and deportment in the Senior School.
