ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Assistant working 38 hours per week during term-time plus an additional two days during non-term time. This is a temporary contract commencing from approximately 11 May 2026 to the end of Term 1, 2027.
St Lucy’s front reception area is the most vital point of enquiry into the School. The role is responsible for answering telephones and redirecting calls, meeting and greeting all visitors to the school, making them feel welcome and valued in a calm and welcoming environment.
