What’s the focus of this position?

To support the Director for People & Culture and the Director of Employee Engagement in administering tasks and programs related to the development and execution of HR strategies in the following key areas: Talent and Performance Management, Culture and People Engagement, Employee Wellbeing and Learning & Development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent & Performance Management

  • Champion the administration of position changes (Contract Variations and Loading changes) across all SPCE entities.
