St Mary & St Mina’s Coptic Orthodox College is an independent co-educational K–12 Christian school committed to providing high-quality education grounded in the values and teachings of the Coptic Orthodox faith. We are seeking a highly organised and collaborative Primary Curriculum Coordinator (1pt Leadership Allowance) to support the effective implementation of curriculum, teaching and learning practices across the Primary School (K–6).

The successful applicant will report directly to the Head of Teaching & Learning and work closely with school leadership team and teaching staff to ensure strong and consistent curriculum delivery across the Primary School.

The role includes a small teaching component alongside curriculum leadership responsibilities.

About the Role
The Primary Curriculum Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the planning, implementation, and consistency of teaching and learning across the Primary School.

The successful candidate will:

  • Model a strong commitment to the Christian ethos and Coptic Orthodox values of the College.
  • Be familiar with the new syllabus updates and support the implementation and ongoing development of curriculum and teaching practices across K–6.
