Position Details
Boarding Student Coordinator
This is a temporary role to 31 December 2027.
As the Boarding Student Coordinator you are responsible for providing pastoral and academic management within the College for the effective coordination of boarding students.
Your day will look like:
• supporting the delivery of exemplary teaching and learning aligned to the College's Vision for Learning
• maximising engagement and opportunities for boarding students
• implementing holistic strategies to develop the resilience and capacity for emotional intelligence within students and supports staff
• developing and maintaining a safe, supportive and respectful learning environment for boarding students
• developing constructive and respectful relationships with our community
• actively supporting Catholic identity and the development of faith
• being innovative and implementing positive change
Selection Criteria
For this role, you will need:
• a tertiary teaching qualification and TRBWA registration
• a current Working with Children registration
• to be fully supportive of the objectives and ethos of Catholic education
