Join our team as a School Officer- Teacher Support at St Margaret Mary's College, Hyde Park
We are seeking a friendly and organised School Officer – Administration / Parent Reception to join our team in a fixed-term, term-time capacity from 27 April 2026 to 26 June 2026. In this role, you will be the welcoming first point of contact for parents, caregivers, and visitors, providing professional and efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school.
With strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a calm, approachable manner, you will build positive relationships with families, staff, and the wider school community. You will assist with front office operations, manage enquiries, and support parent communication, helping to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all.
Working closely with school staff, you will help maintain effective administrative systems, support daily organisation, and ensure a high standard of service delivery across the school.
