Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) is seeking a highly experienced and contemporary Leading Teacher to join our Inclusive Learning Team within the Student Support Directorate. This is a key role for an accomplished educator who brings demonstrated expertise in leading practice, driving change, and delivering impactful professional learning. You will work in close partnership with school leadership teams to strengthen inclusive education and improve outcomes for diverse learners across our system.

As a Leading Teacher, you will operate at both a strategic and hands-on level. Leading the design and implementation of high-quality, evidence-informed practice. You will play a critical role in building capability, influencing teaching and learning, and embedding sustainable, system-wide improvement.

• Partner with school leadership teams to drive the transformation of teaching and learning practices

• Lead, design and implement targeted professional learning that builds capability in inclusive education

• Coach, mentor and influence teachers and leaders to embed high-impact, evidence-informed practice

• Model exemplary classroom practice and support its consistent application across schools

• Lead strategic initiatives that strengthen inclusive learning across the Diocese
