About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Instructional Leader to join our team. The variety of your role will include:
Contribute to the delivery of the system strategic intent and learning agenda within the school context
Exercise Catholic leadership and foster the faith formation of students and staff
Lead the implementation of the learning framework, agreed pedagogical practices and school action plan, with a strong focus on literacy and numeracy
Coach teachers and model effective practice to support students at the point of need
Support teachers in using assessment and data to inform differentiated and personalised learning
Analyse and interpret student data to guide teaching and learning improvement
Contribute to a culture of collaboration and shared responsibility
Inform and strengthen the school’s professional learning and capacity-building programs
