Details: The Executive Assistant & Communications Officer plays a critical dual role in supporting the school’s executive leadership while managing internal and external communications to enhance the school’s public image and ensure clear, effective messaging across all stakeholders.

The position provides high level administrative support to the Principal and senior leadership team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily schedules, managing correspondence, coordinating meetings and events and maintaining confidentiality. The role requires developing and implementing communication strategies that align with the school’s values. This includes managing the school’s social media presence, newsletters, website content and marketing materials. The applicant will be required to apply legislation, policy, procedures, and guidelines in line with the Directorate/ACTPS.
